MARK HOLDEN ALSO WAS KNOWN AS MARK CONWAY AND MARK DELEMERE HE PASSED AWAY 15TH JULY 1996 HE WAS 31 HE WAS A PAINTER AND DECORATOR HE LIVED IN DAGENHAM HE HAD 2 SONS 3 BROTHERS AND 1 SISTER IN 1996 HE WAS GETTING A LOT OF HEADACHES THEY WAS REALLY BAD THEN HE DECIDED TO GO TO HOSPITAL TO HAVE SOME TESTS DONE BUT BEFORE THEY COULD DO ANY TEST HE GOT A VERY BAD PAIN IN THE BACK OF HIS HEAD THEN HE DIED THE DOCTORS FOUND OUT LATER HE DIED OF A BRAIN STEM INFARCTION WHICH IS BASICLY A BLOOD VESSEL IN THE BACK OF HIS NECK SWELLED AND BURST

i knew mark for a very long time. we were good friends. we used to drink together at the robin hood... along with his brother paul ('bevis and buthead') ha ha, cathy and the rest of the robin hood regulars. we had some good laughs and some great parties. i remember kareoke.. him and paul singing 'it must be love'... he was a great bloke and he's always remembered with a smile and will never be forgotten..

I knew Mark for many years.. So sad when I heard he passed away so young.. Him and Cathy were a perfect couple life can be so cruel.. His funeral was so sad seeing all his Tottenham flowers.. It wasnt long after my father law Dave Cawdrons.. I hope where ever Mark is that he is happy and pain free..
